Every day they conjure up new delights for breakfast, lunch and dinner and for the guests in the restaurant pool. Unlimited enjoyment

The three-quarter time is so called because it is more than a classic half-board: in the morning there is a lovingly put together breakfast buffet, at lunchtime a light snack buffet with Salad'n Soup, in the evening a served 3-course evening meal - vegetarian on three days of the week, on the others alternating with fish or meat in the main course. A cheese plate is also available on request. Most Friday evenings, the kitchen team creates a special 5-course slow food menu. Individual dietary requirements such as vegetarian with/without fish are of course taken into account. Purely vegan food is unfortunately not possible with our concept. Please indicate any real allergies or intolerances when making your reservation.

Overnight stays with breakfast only are also possible, in which case the lunch snack is also included.

Instead of bread and heavy side dishes, there are plenty of fresh vegetables, crunchy salads, a moderate amount of fruit and always a portion of high-quality protein.

Planetary
Health?

A guest once asked "is that something esoteric?" No, not at all. The planetary health diet is the result of a study by the international EAT Lancet Commission and deals with the question: How should our food be composed so that 10 billion people can actually be fed healthily AND our planet "remains - becomes" healthy?

For example, it is not necessary to go vegan, but to consciously consume less animal-based food. And if animal products are consumed, then they should also be produced organically. Of course, plant-based foods play the biggest role. In this study, there are even specific recommendations as to how much of what should be eaten each day. For red meat, for example, 14g per day. That's about 100g per week. Poultry 29g a day, that's about 200g a week. And so we play our way through the Tannerhof menu. Not uptight, not dogmatic, but guiding.

Why does this study appeal to us? Because it is very specific and well-founded. Because it is undogmatic. And because it leaves room for individual design. And for enjoyment! That's exactly what food is all about and what we at the Tannerhof are all about.
