That's what's for dinner
Fresh every day, new every day. Organic, regional, seasonal and with love. The Tannerhof 3-course Menu du Jour is also available for pool guests.
Thursday and Saturday are vegetarian, on the other days fish and meat main courses alternate.
Pool guests still have a choice: 3 or 5 cooked courses? The kitchen will be happy to come up with something nice for you!
There is also a cheese platter to choose from - with homemade chutneys and jams.
On Fridays there is a special slowfood 5-course menu with one fish and one meat course.
Here's what to drink
We pour you matching wines and beers. Regional and/or organic. Selected by us because we like the taste of the wines, the history or the winemakers' personalities.

Our team

Head chef Elias Lang
Our new head chef is Elias Lang. He comes from beautiful Kitzingen and trained with Sascha Baum at the Alte Brennerei in Pullach. After working at Tantris, the Tannerhof, the MS Europa 2 and a stint at his parents' Hotel Heimat, Elias worked at the Bullerei in Hamburg and is now back with us at the Tannerhof. We are delighted! Elias' passion is to simply make people happy with good food. And preferably with regional ingredients. His aim is for everyone who gets up from the table to feel better than before. It is important to him that there is love and respect for our food and resources. Of course.

Restaurant manager
Eduard Bergmann
Born in Styria, trained at the Hotel Daniel in Graz. After working at the Kempinski Frankfurt and as F&B Manager at the Westpark Munich, Edi has been an integral part of the Tannerhof team for over 10 years. A host with Austrian charm and lots of know-how.
Vroni Waller
From Bayrischzell, grew up on the Waller Alm family farm. For many years at the Tannerhof - calm, reliable, with real passion. Vroni is our rock in the surf and now also a trained fasting guide.

Deputy Restaurant Manager & Sommelier
Johannes Blüml
Wine, wine and more wine is Johannes' greatest hobby: talking about it, reading about it, drinking it or traveling to wine-growing regions. Born in Berchtesgaden, or to be more precise, Rupertigau, he already knew during his training as a hotel specialist that everything was heading towards becoming a sommelier. To cut a long story short: 2015 - training as a sommelier in Austria | 2017 diploma sommelier with a 1 average | first sommelier competitions | 2018 Sparkling Wine Sommelier | 2019 Introductory Sommelier and Certified Sommelier of the Court of Masters Sommeliers in London. Well, that won't be the end of it. We appreciate Johannes for many things, but not least for his fine, pointed sense of humor.
