No. The medical history and examination is included in every program and takes place at Tannerhof. Please bring current medical findings or medication lists with you, if available.

Fasting is not a zero diet, but a conscious, temporary renunciation of solid foods and stimulants. The Tannerhof fasters enjoy their meals with a variety of teas, vegetable soups and broths, as well as freshly squeezed juices made from the best vegetables and fruit and possibly buttermilk or soy milk and are often in high spirits.
Fasting at the Tannerhof is always medically supervised and you should take at least one week for yourself. The best days to arrive for your Tannerhof fasting retreat are Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Absolutely. The spa, bathing harp, sauna and exercise program are open to all guests - even during a health program. As are the concerts, exhibitions and retreats. At the Tannerhof, both belong together: Health and pleasure.
