During the medical consultation, your diet will be medically assessed. Based on your medical history, goals and any existing findings, we will discuss which low-carb diet is right for you (eating rhythm, protein requirements, tolerance) and what to pay particular attention to in the event of pre-existing conditions or medication. You go home with clear, actionable guidelines and a simple plan – so that the changeover not only succeeds here, but stays.
