General Terms and Conditions

... is partly located in alpine terrain and runs a farm with livestock. Fences, parapets, walls, tree trunks and torrents cannot be adequately secured and naturally pose an increased risk. Paths and steps are not all fully cleared and gritted in snow and ice. Access and use (including private sports equipment such as indoor boards, slacklines etc.) is at your own risk. Parents are liable for their children.

The room prices are per person/night incl. VAT and include, depending on the booking, 3/4 or fasting board, or Lean Fir, use of the swimming pool, sauna and fitness room as well as participation in the free activities of our activity, sports and relaxation program. The local visitor's tax of € 2.50/day is not included.

We are happy to pick up all arrivals by train until 6 pm. Please let us know your arrival time in good time. If you arrive by car, we recommend using the upper access road (see signs on site). The rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. You are welcome to use the Tannerhof facilities until 5 pm on the day of departure.

• Sportswear, sneakers, sturdy mountain or hiking boots and bad weather clothing.
• Bicycles and ski equipment can be hired on site for a fee.
• For stays with medical care, please bring current medical findings and medical reports with you.

We ask for a deposit of 50% of the total amount booked, payable by bank transfer. For online bookings, the amount will be charged to your credit card immediately after booking. The invoice amount must be paid on departure at the latest. Payment by EC/Maestro is preferred, Visa and Mastercard are accepted

Treatment appointments that are not canceled at the therapy or hotel reception by 4 p.m. the day before will unfortunately be charged. We also ask for your understanding that meals not consumed cannot be refunded.

If you cancel your stay at the Tannerhof, we will charge the following cancellation fees on a pro rata basis of the canceled room or arrangement costs and booked workshops.

• Cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival - free of charge
• Cancellation 4-2 weeks before arrival - 50
• Cancellation 2 weeks to 1 day before arrival 70 %
• No arrival or cancellation on the day of arrival 100 %.
• In case of late arrival or early departure we also charge 80 %.
  Any deposit already paid will be deducted from the cancellation fee.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Smoking is not permitted in any rooms at the Tannerhof, including the restaurant terrace, room terraces and balconies.
