This lofty room once breathed an echo of Thomas Mann’s Magic Mountain novel – imagine guests well tucked into blankets lying there with mountain views, windows open (never mind weather or cold), breathing fresh air.
Now it is an inspiring, light-flooded space – even with a little wood burner nowadays – opening up to one of the most beautiful views of the village and valley. Nele von Mengershausen guides the painting groups but also offers personal art coachings and art therapy.
