These cabins are an essential part of the Tannerhof heritage, built by founder Christian von Mengershausen. They casually lie along the hillside above the main buildings and make for very unique little retreats. They have nothing to do with the modish and ostentatious alpine chalets.

The Auerhahnhütte cabin provides two neighbouring rooms, each with an own entrance, queen size bed and small wood burner.

The Taubenhütte might be the place to write a book. Chill out the writers cramp on the sun lounger under the apple tree. It's a sweet life.
