The Tannerhof

… is partly situated in alpine terrain and operates a working farm with livestock. Fences, balustrades, walls, tree trunks and mountain streams cannot be fully secured and naturally pose an increased risk. In snow and ice, not all paths and stairways are completely cleared and gritted. Use of the grounds (including private sports equipment such as Indo boards, slacklines, etc.) is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.

Rates

Room rates are quoted per person per night including VAT and include — depending on the booking — three-quarter board, fasting board or Schlanke Tanne Low Carb, use of the swimming pool, sauna and fitness room, and participation in the complimentary classes of our active, sports and relaxation programme. The local visitor's tax of €3.00 per day is not included.

Arrival & Departure

We are happy to collect you from Bayrischzell train station on the day of arrival up to 18:00. Please let us know your arrival time well in advance. If you are coming by car, we recommend the upper access road (signposted on site). Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. You are welcome to use the Tannerhof facilities until 17:00 on the day of departure.

What to Bring

Sportswear, trainers, sturdy walking or hiking boots, and waterproof clothing.
Bicycles and ski equipment can be hired on site for a fee.
If you are staying with us for medical care, please bring current medical findings and reports with you.

Payment & Deposit

We ask for a deposit of 50% of the total booked services, payable by bank transfer. For online bookings, the amount is charged to your credit card immediately upon booking. The full invoice amount is due at the latest on departure. Payment by EC/Maestro is preferred; Visa and Mastercard are also accepted.

Treatment appointments not cancelled by 16:00 the previous day at the therapy reception or hotel reception will unfortunately have to be charged in full. We also ask for your understanding that meals not taken cannot be refunded.

Cancellation Charges

If you cancel your stay at the Tannerhof, we apply the following cancellation charges based on the room and arrangement costs that would otherwise be incurred, plus any booked workshops:

Cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival — free of charge
Cancellation 4–2 weeks before arrival — 50%
Cancellation 2 weeks to 1 day before arrival — 70%
No-show or cancellation on the day of arrival — 100%
In the case of late arrival or early departure, we also charge 80%.
Any deposit already paid will be offset against the cancellation charge.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
