RatesRates

Room rates are per person/night, including VAT, and include either 3/4 board, fasting board, or the "Schlanke Tanne" (Slim Fir) package, depending on your booking. This also includes use of the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room, as well as participation in our complimentary activity, sports, and relaxation program. The local tourist tax of EUR 3.00 per day is not included.Room rates are quoted per person per night including VAT and include — depending on the booking — three-quarter board, fasting board or Schlanke Tanne Low Carb, use of the swimming pool, sauna and fitness room, and participation in the complimentary classes of our active, sports and relaxation programme. Arrival and DepartureArrival & Departure

We are happy to pick you up from the train station for all arrivals before 6:00 pm. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. If you are arriving by car, we recommend using the upper entrance (please follow the signs on site). Rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and until 11:00 am on the day of departure. You are welcome to continue using the Tannerhof facilities until 5:00 pm on your departure day.We are happy to collect you from Bayrischzell train station on the day of arrival up to 18:00. Please let us know your arrival time well in advance. If you are coming by car, we recommend the upper access road (signposted on site). Rooms are available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. You are welcome to use the Tannerhof facilities until 17:00 on the day of departure.

What you should bringWhat to Bring

• Sportswear, trainers, sturdy walking or hiking boots, and waterproof clothing.
• Bicycles and ski equipment can be hired on site for a fee.
• If you are staying with us for medical care, please bring current medical findings and reports with you.

Billing/DepositPayment & Deposit

We require a deposit of 50%50% of the total booked service, payable by bank transfer. For online bookings, the amount will be charged to your credit card immediately after booking. The invoice amount is to be paid no later than upon departure. Treatment appointments that are not cancelled at the therapy or hotel reception by 4 p.m. the day before will unfortunately be charged. Cancellation feesCancellation Charges

If you cancel your stay at the Tannerhof, we charge the following cancellation fees based on the cost of the missed room nights, packages, or booked workshops.If you cancel your stay at the Tannerhof, we apply the following cancellation charges based on the room and arrangement costs that would otherwise be incurred, plus any booked workshops:

• Cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival — free of charge
• Cancellation 4–2 weeks before arrival — 50%
• Cancellation 2 weeks to 1 day before arrival — 70%
• No-show or cancellation on the day of arrival — 100%
• In the case of late arrival or early departure, we also charge 80%.
  Any deposit already paid will be offset against the cancellation charge.
