Tannerhof Village — Site Map

The Auerhahn hut features two adjacent rooms. Each has its own entrance, a 1.60 m wide bed, and a small stove.

Four towers on the mountainside. Three rooms stacked one above the other. Solid wood walls and larch shingles. Large windows with views of our favorite mountains. Traditional yet contemporary.

A beautiful place for an artistic retreat. Once a sun terrace in the style of The Magic Mountain, it is now a light-filled space full of character.

Another special place.

A small pond for fish and cooling off your feet.

We don't have an outdoor pool yet.... :-)

Our historic main building. This is where you arrive, dine, fast, drink, read, shop, and sleep.

The bathhouse is our facility for treatments and exercise.

View over a cozy bed with a striped bedspread in the tree-lined avenue room with a west-facing balcony overlooking the scenery.

The lower Rehhütte. A cabin for max. 2 people. The bed is 1.60 m wide. The best terrace ever.

The middle and upper tower rooms each have their own private balcony terrace.

Or for other special small groups.

A beautiful sight in every season.

In the middle of the forest on the mountainside.

As you come in, it's immediately on the left – that's the way to reception...

It's just to the left.

Retro designer desk with a Bolich desk lamp in front of a floral Missoni curtain and a view from the west balcony in the Tree Avenue room.

A peek inside the lower Rehhütte...

The Bach and Felsen towers during the blue hour.

A studio still life.

And with a view.

You might even see a few cows passing by.

A look from historic to new

That’s where our team of experts works their magic, juggling appointment requests, practitioners, rooms, and guests [More]

Linen-covered reading chair with matching pouf under a Bolich lamp next to an inviting bed with an upholstered headboard and a Missoni bedspread in the Baumallee room.

A closer look.

The Wiesen Tower - it is the most prominent one...

It would almost be a shame to paint over it...

Beautiful.

The most unique bar ever – an old colonial-style general store. Absolutely beautiful. Not exactly practical.

Built in the 60s. We don't deny it.

View of the Leitzach Valley from the west balcony of the Baumallee room, featuring autumn trees and mountains.

The Dovecote – complete with its own little stove. The perfect spot to write a book. Your own apple tree, with a lounger underneath. Ah, yes...

Three double rooms stacked on top of each other. The middle and top tower rooms are simply mirrored and offset from one another.

Yes.

And friendly people at the bar...

The stairwell also features the stairwell gallery. Art. Two exhibitions per year. [More]

Overall view of the cozy retro rooms on Baumallee, featuring a west-facing balcony and a view of the greenery.

In the pigeon loft. A bed. For me. A bunk.

The tower room on the lower level offers a bit more space and its own lovely terrace with direct access to the meadow.

Dining in rustic parlors.

The Kneipp and bathing department. Cold.Water.Cold... [More]

Full view of the tree-lined avenue room featuring a double bed, retro-style desk, vintage farmhouse furniture, Missoni curtains and bedspread, west-facing balcony, and a view of the greenery.

In the Dovecote. The bathroom with beautiful vintage tiles.

Tower room with a view of the Sonnwendjoch.

Or in bright dining rooms.

Wood and concrete.

The white Rehbockhütte. Also features two separate rooms, each with two single beds. This is important to know. There is a shared hallway.

The bathroom in the middle and upper tower room - small, compact, and refined.

Or in the summer, head out onto the terrace.

HANDCRAFTED. [More]

Upper Wiesenturm room. View to the other side.

The most beautiful farm shop in the world, located on the first floor.

High-quality oils for aroma wraps. [More]

The view when opening the balcony door. Bayrischzell lies in the valley below.

FEEL GOOD.

Just taking a look...

The grand hall.

Florian Nagler's 2nd floor. Light, air, and the scent of wood.

...and for wonderful concerts. [More]

On the 2nd floor, facing south, west, and north.

Just like the TV Noir style, the lamps. Right?

The fitness room is at the very top. [More]

Art again and again - beautiful and curious.

My painting as seen from the arbor balcony.

Summer living on the terrace.

Back from the cross-country ski trails of Bayrischzell or a long winter hike. Looking forward to a hot cup of tea...

Being a little "over the top" takes on a whole new meaning on the sun deck and the yoga platform.

Almost 85 years old. Getting better with age.

The Neue Tann. Built in 1905 by our great-grandparents because the farmhouse rooms were no longer enough.

The seminar room in the Waschhaus. Our former construction office.

An old barn from the Alpbachtal valley. Dismantled there and rebuilt here.

The Pool restaurant in the Orangerie

Deep in the forest. Surrounded by nature. Not far away, but a world apart. Birdsong, the rustle of wind in the trees, and the interplay of light and shadow.

After a long winter walk, head straight to the sauna.

With a beautiful south-facing terrace right by the stream.

A great place to work.

For storing skis and bikes. Or strollers. Featuring Rumpelstilzchen tiles from Vienna. Plus two artichoke lamps. And ski racks, boot warmers, and charging outlets for e-bikes.

A menu. Good food. From great chefs.

A little further up, you'll find the rock pool. Perfect for watching the fish. Or for a shower with fresh stream water.

Beautiful vintage tiles.

...our smallest rooms. 11 sqm. Tiny bathroom. But everything you need is there.

Perfect for small groups or as arguably the most beautiful workation space around.

Really, you should just sit inside for a while and watch the light streaming through the gaps in the beams.

Nice people.

Blue on blue in the hallway.

It even comes with its own oven. Everything else—projector, flipchart, whiteboard, workshop kit, and reliable Wi-Fi—is included as standard.

Beautiful tables, chairs, and benches.

Includes a wood-burning stove to heat the Finnish sauna.

Another still life.

And then there is a milder organic sauna made of fragrant Kelo wood.

And then there are the Tannerhof rooms. That’s the name of the category: Tannerhof rooms. It can be a bit confusing sometimes.

The rooms have names, too. At Neue Tann, each room is named after the surrounding mountains or lakes.

For a change, here is a photo of the bathroom in a Tannerhof room. Featuring fine English tiles.

The hallway on the 2nd floor. Almost too beautiful for that. On this top floor under the roof, there are three rooms: Sonnwendjoch, Seeberg, and Wendelstein.
