The Almzimmer offer a harmonious combination of traditional charm and modern alpine architecture — with a hint of tongue-in-cheek alpine kitsch. Through the large windows, neatly framed by rustic loggia balconies, the gaze travels to the Sonnwendjoch, across the valley, and on to the Wendelstein. Like a painting.

Small Alm Room for One
With wooden walls and a sloping roof. Window seat. Farmhouse cupboard and Bolich lamps. And a small flaw: as you enter, the view of the mountain panorama doesn't open up immediately. The side wall of the neighbouring building intrudes at first — but then steps back and reveals the landscape, with a view of our local mountain, the Wendelstein.
The Small Alm Rooms Under the Eaves
With wooden walls and a sloping roof. Cosy window seat. Farmhouse cupboard and Bolich lamps. The best-view room "Tanneralm" with leather armchair and desk by our favourite designer Michael von Mücke.
The Large Alm Rooms, 1st Floor
With plastered walls and a low parlour ceiling. Cosy seating area with a modern take on a traditional farmhouse table. Leather armchair. Bolich lamps. Farmhouse cupboard. A little carved heart in the door.

With wooden walls and a sloping roof. Cosy window seat. Leather armchair. Farmhouse cupboard and Bolich lamps. The best-view room "Mariandlalm" with a large glass front towards the valley.
