In the medical history and examination, your current state of health and your medical background are carefully gathered. Together we clarify your personal goals and derive the appropriate measures from them — a sound, clear foundation for tangible relief and lasting well-being.
A central element of the programme: detoxifying fasting after the Buchinger method — medically supervised, clearly structured and deliberately gentle. In place of solid food comes a precise fasting rhythm of vegetable broths, light soups, freshly pressed juices, herbal teas and water. Not "nothing," but the right thing. At the right time. With attention and quiet. A reduction that doesn't harden, but opens. And becomes surprisingly clear.
The classic laboratory work-up including full blood count, ESR, CRP (inflammation marker), coagulation, liver and kidney values, muscle enzymes, electrolytes, iron stores, blood sugar, long-term blood sugar, blood lipids (cholesterol), protein electrophoresis, and PSA in men. Many further analyses are of course possible and will be billed separately by arrangement with you.
Bioimpedance analysis evaluates your body composition. What is your water, muscle and body fat percentage? Particularly for fasters and those eating "Schlanke Tanne," a measurement at the beginning and end of the stay is valuable — it lets us see clearly how your weight loss is composed.
For susceptibility to infections, general fatigue, hyperacidity, circulatory problems, arthrosis, or to stimulate the immune system. A high-dose mineral and vitamin infusion and/or an alkaline infusion is well suited as a follow-up treatment.
Intermittent hypoxic-hyperoxic therapy. A health training programme to enhance physical and mental fitness. Alternating inhalation of oxygen at lower and higher concentrations supports regeneration of the mitochondria, the powerhouses of cellular metabolism. The result: a strengthened immune system, improved stress resilience, protection against oxidative stress, and activation of fat metabolism.

An effective method for treating pain and restricted movement in the musculoskeletal system. Through firm focal pressure, sweeping strokes (which can be painful) and pulling techniques, injuries in the connective tissue — so-called "fascial distortions" — are addressed.

Longevity is for people from around 40 onwards who want to manage their health proactively – ideally before findings show up. Common reasons people come: early shifts in lab values, a need for diagnostic clarity ('where am I right now?'), an unintended change in weight or energy, or simply the wish to age in better health. The medical consultation and standard blood diagnostics clarify the starting point. Not suitable: acute illness, severe cardiovascular conditions, or where fasting hasn't been medically cleared.
Seven nights, three principles: Restart, Renewal, Balance. Day one brings the medical consultation and the standard blood panel as a baseline. Detoxifying fasting after Buchinger runs throughout, alongside IHHT altitude training, a large ozone autohaemotherapy, a longevity infusion and personal training. Breath therapy, fascia work after Dr. Typaldos and acidosis massage accompany the process. Before departure, a second bioimpedance and the closing medical consultation with a clear recommendation for what follows.
Included: a medical history-taking and examination, the standard blood panel (large blood count, ESR, CRP, coagulation, liver and kidney values, muscle enzymes, iron, blood sugar, long-term glucose, lipids, PSA for men) and a bioimpedance analysis at the start and end. Extended analyses – hormones, vitamins and minerals, methylation status, biological age – are available and are discussed in the consultation and billed separately. The standard panel is sufficient for a well-founded first orientation in the Longevity week.
Detoxifying fasting sets the metabolic stimulus – insulin sensitivity, autophagy and mitochondrial adaptation work together. Diagnostics make the starting point visible and provide a basis for comparison afterwards. IHHT, ozone autohaemotherapy, infusions and breath therapy support the adaptation in a targeted way rather than leaving the body to it alone. The combination is markedly more effective than any single element – and shows clearly what's actually possible to shift in one week.
Large ozone autohaemotherapy enriches your own blood with medical ozone – traditionally used for immune modulation, circulatory issues and general fatigue. IHHT altitude training alternates between low- and high-oxygen breathing and supports mitochondrial regeneration. The longevity infusion delivers vitamins and minerals directly to the bloodstream – independent of digestion or daily form. All three are medically indicated and supervised; they complement the fasting frame.
Longevity Healthy Ageing starts at €1,330 – as a programme package, excluding accommodation. Included: the medical history-taking and examination, the closing consultation, detoxifying fasting after Buchinger, the standard blood panel, bioimpedance analysis, a large ozone autohaemotherapy, IHHT altitude training, the longevity infusion, personal training, breath therapy after Herta Richter, fascia work after Dr. Typaldos and acidosis massage. Accommodation, extended diagnostics and additional treatments are billed separately.
Seven nights are the minimum to trigger a meaningful physiological shift – from easing in, through metabolic adaptation, to a steadier regulation. Shorter stays don't, in our experience, lead into the fasting metabolism and limit the core therapies (IHHT, ozone, infusion) to a single session. If you want clearer change, plan a second Longevity stay six to twelve months later – or, by arrangement, extend by a few days.
In the closing consultation you get concrete recommendations based on your values and results: a dietary frame (often Schlanke Tanne Low Carb as a bridge), a movement scope, sleep rhythm, sensible follow-up appointments. Many guests repeat Longevity once a year – which makes the change measurable over time (second blood panel, second bioimpedance) and keeps the routines alive. Where findings warrant it, we can refer you to external specialists for deeper investigation.
Once a year is a good rhythm for people who see the programme as part of their health management. Anyone addressing acute themes (fatigue, early insulin resistance, weight questions) often starts with two stays within six months to really anchor the change.
